Delivery Times
At FUNPIXUK we aim to deliver all products ordered (assuming they are in stock) within 7 working days of receipt of payment (Unless Stated). If for any reason the products do not arrive within the stated delivery times, FUNPIXUK will not accept responsibility for late delivery. However we will keep our customers informed of any delays.
2. Delivery Prices
Prices quoted include VAT & delivery, unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery Location
FUNPIXUK will deliver to the UK only by Royal Mail.
We will only deliver to the customers postal address. For FUNPIXUK to take the photographs only applies to the Isle of Wight.
4. Title of Goods
The goods remain the property of FUNPIXUK until the items have been paid for in full and delivery has been made.
5. Your Right to Cancel
You have a right to cancel your order up until 24 hours before despatch.
6. Our Right to Cancel
Prior to you receiving order confirmation from ourselves via email. In general we reserve all rights to cancel any order we feel is:
- Fraudulent
- Contains incorrect information, such as name, address, order details.
- Any order that is required for shipping outside the UK.
In exceptional circumstances we also reserve the right to cancel any order up until the time of despatch. In the event that this may happen we will contact the customer in advance explaining why the order will be cancelled. Any payments made for such items will be refunded in full.
7. Payment
We currently accept payment by credit or debit card through pay pal or cheque. Cheques made payable to K. Weeden, cash can be used for those living on the Isle of Wight only.
8. Complaints and Grievances
We aim to provide a first class service for our customers, however we understand that on occasion mistakes can be made and misunderstandings arise. If you have a particular grievance or a problem with your order please don't hesitate to contact us quoting your order reference if you have one and your postcode by email to info@funpixuk.com. Please clearly state your concern and a representative will contact you as soon as is humanly possible.
9. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Items that we despatch are always checked to be of satisfactory quality before we send them. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any non-faulty items returned.
If you need to return an item, we request that you email us in advance so that we can allocate a returns number for the item. We also request that you state any problem you may have with the item.
The responsibility for the return of goods lies with the buyer (the customer). Any damages, losses or costs incurred due to return of goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once returned; items will be checked for the defects stated. If no defect is found the re-stocking fee will apply.
All items that we supply come with a 28 day return to base warranty.
In general refunds are given at managers discretion.
Errors and omissions excepted. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the terms in this document.
